In this currently unstable mortgage and real estate market climate, and newly constrained bankruptcy regulations, homeowners require a safe, affordable method of saving homes while still using the strength of the legal system as a safety net.

Traditionally homeowners have been driven into bankruptcy, or forced into costly distress sales, in an effort to avoid foreclosure. Our system uses hardship programs hidden within little-known investor/lender agreements. This program benefits both the homeowner, and law offices seeking to increase their current client base. Hardship programs offer an affordable alternative to homeowners in foreclosure who, either can not qualify to save their home within the Chapter 13 system, or who wish to reduce their Chapter 13 payments by settling the mortgage default prior to filing, or even those who require a fresh start within a Chapter 7 bankruptcy after settling the mortgage default affordably.

We provide free information and case-analysis for hardship programs, to both homeowners and attorneys nationwide. We also provide training for, and referrals to, consumer oriented attorneys seeking to offer the alternative of skilled loss mitigation services to their client base, as an adjunct to their current bankruptcy programs.
